  • Green Fees & Golf Car Fees
  • Advance reservations (up to 1 year in advance)
  • Unlimited use of the practice facility prior to play
  • Personalized cart signs on your golf cars prior to play
  • Welcome letter and local rules sheet with the event’s name
  • Pairings and alphabetical lists
  • Pre-printed contest signage (closest to the hole, longest drive, etc)
  • Assistance in special event set-up on the course
  • Other miscellaneous group coordination as needed

Tournament Checklist:

First Things First -

  • Choose the date of your event
  • Assess your food & beverage needs
  • Estimate the number of players expected
  • A deposit and a signed contract are due immediatley to secure the date

6 To 8 Weeks Prior To Your Event -

  • Assess your merchandise needs for:
  • Tee Gifts (Shirts, Golf Balls, Yardage Guides, Etc.)
  • Tournament Prizes (Merchandise the will require custom logos will take apporximatley 4-6 weeks to be delivered)
  • Asses your Staff and Volunteer needs
  • Order Banners and or Hole Sponsor Signs
  • Order Hole-In-One Insurance if needed

Keep Palm Valley updated on estimated number of players

3 Weeks Prior To Your Event -

  • Forward information to Palm Valley in regards to:
  • Format for event (Scramble, Individual Stroke Play, Etc.)
  • Hole-In-One Information
  • On Course Contest Requests (Closest to the Pins, Long Drive, Longest Putt, Etc.)
  • Registration Needs (# of Tables, Chairs, Location, Etc.)
  • Assess your on course needs for Food & Beverage (Beverage Cart, Drink Stations, Etc.)

10 Days Prior To Your Event -

  • Provide Food & Beverage Team with a final count for food that includes both players, volunteers, and those that will just be attending the banquet following play
  • Provide Payment for all Food & Beverage Functions

7 Days Prior To Your Event -

  • Provide Palm Valley with your final player count for golf
  • Finalize details on Format, on course contests, and registration needs
  • Receive Hole Assignments that will be used for Pairings

2 Days Prior To Your Event -

  • Send Palm Valley your pairings list via email (An open Excel or Word Document is the preferred method for pairings)
  • Deliver all sponsor signs/banners/hole signs to the golf course

Day Of Your Event -

  • Check in with our Golf Shop Staff first thing to go over all details when you arrive
  • Set up your registration area with volunteer staff (allow at the minimum 1 hour for registration, for events over 140 players allow 2 hours for registration)
  • Set up on course contests/volunteers carts for those that will be out on the course during the round

During Your Round -

Relax and have FUN!!!

After Your Round -

Remember to pick up any left over prizes
